MGO stands for methylglyoxal, a naturally occurring compound used to grade Manuka honey. MGO 100+ indicates a stated methylglyoxal level of at least 100 mg/kg.

NPA means Non-Peroxide Activity. NPA 6+ is the corresponding activity reference shown on our MGO 100+ label.

Manuka honey is known for its distinctive aromatic character and MGO grading. Jarrah honey comes from Western Australian Jarrah forests and is labelled by Total Activity, or TA.

Honey is a natural product, so colour, aroma, flavour and texture can vary between harvests. Natural crystallisation may occur and does not mean the honey has spoiled.

Keep the lid closed and store the jar at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration unless the label specifically says otherwise.
