Partner Program Terms

Eligibility and approval
Applicants must provide accurate information and accept the current terms. Participation begins only after written approval and may be rejected, suspended or terminated.
Attribution
The default attribution window is 30 days and the last eligible referral wins. A deliberately entered valid partner promo code may override referral-link attribution. One order may produce commission for only one partner.
Customer discounts
Discounts are governed by active approved codes, eligible products, countries, dates and usage limits. Discounts do not automatically determine commission rates and do not stack with wholesale pricing unless expressly approved.
Commissions and holding periods
Commission is calculated server-side from eligible merchandise revenue, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, cancelled or refunded merchandise, wholesale and excluded products. Pending commission is normally held for 30 days and remains subject to review.
Payouts
Approved payable balances are reviewed monthly. The standard minimum is A$50 equivalent. Launch payouts are manual and require Australian Honey Co. approval and a valid payment reference.
Refunds and cancellations
Unpaid commission may be reduced or reversed after full or partial refunds. If already paid, a transparent negative adjustment may be applied to future balances.
Self-referrals and misuse
Partners must not earn on their own purchases, misuse codes, publish codes on unauthorised coupon sites, manipulate attribution or create artificial orders.
Promotion and disclosures
Partners must clearly disclose their commercial relationship, comply with applicable advertising rules and avoid misleading statements, unsupported medical claims or unauthorised paid advertising.
Brand and content
Australian Honey Co. trademarks, logos, photography and approved wording may be used only within supplied guidelines and active campaign terms.
Fraud, suspension and termination
Suspicious activity may be flagged for human review. Australian Honey Co. may suspend codes, reject or reverse commission with reasons, or terminate participation while maintaining historical records.
Program changes
Commercial settings and terms may change prospectively. Historical paid orders and recorded commission calculations are not retrospectively rewritten.
